В статье раскрывается важность духовно-нравственного воспитания детей и молодёжи на современном этапе, которое строится на приобщении к культурно-историческому наследию своего народа — уважении к памяти предков, культурным ценностям и региональным традициям. Существенный вклад в сохранение традиций народа вносит система образования во взаимодействии с социумом путём включения подрастающего поколения в созидательно-практическую деятельность. Считаем, что только бережное отношение к наследию предков сделает возможным воспитать у современных детей и молодёжи национальную гордость за свою страну.

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL EDUCATION OF THE YOUNG GENERATION

Abstract. The article reveals the importance of spiritual and moral education of children and young people at the present stage, which is based on familiarization with the cultural and historical heritage of one’s own people, respect for the memory of ancestors, cultural values, and regional traditions. The education system, in cooperation with society, makes a significant contribution to the preservation of the people’s traditions by involving the younger generation in creative and practical activities. We believe that only a careful attitude towards the heritage of one’s ancestors can foster national pride in modern children and young people for their country.
