В статье представлены результаты работы по формированию субъектной позиции ребёнка в разновозрастных детских объединениях. В её основе — сопровождение событий. Авторами раскрыто содержание этапов сопровождения событий, предложены эффективные приёмы, способствующие реализации каждым участником субъектной позиции. Перечислены ключевые признаки субъектной позиции: ответственность, самостоятельность, свобода выбора, активность, инициативность и др. На основе данных признаков составлен и проведён опрос, проанализированы его результаты.

Abstract. The article presents the results of work on the formation of the subject position of the child in different children’s associations. It is based on the accompaniment of events. The authors disclose the content of each stage of the accompaniment of events, offer effective techniques that facilitate the implementation of the subject position by each participant. The key features of the subject position are listed: responsibility, independence, freedom of choice, activity, initiative, etc. Based on these features, a survey was compiled and conducted, its results were analyzed.
