В статье рассматриваются методические основы интеграции уроков изобразительного искусства с филологическими и эстетическими дисциплинами в современной системе образования Азербайджана. Обосновывается актуальность формирования у учащихся целостного восприятия мира через межпредметные связи, а также развития навыков XXI века: критического мышления, креативности, коммуникации и цифровой грамотности. Подчёркивается роль ИКТ и цифровых инструментов (графический дизайн, программы цифровой живописи, мультимедиа) в повышении мотивации и развитии творческого потенциала учащихся. Показано, что интегративный подход способствует более глубокому усвоению материала и развитию художественно-эстетического восприятия.

DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ LIFE SKILLS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERDISCIPLINARY CONNECTIONS IN THE TEACHING OF VISUAL ARTS

Abstract. This article examines the methodological foundations of integrating visual arts lessons with philological (Azerbaijani language and literature) and aesthetic (music) disciplines in the modern education system of Azerbaijan. The relevance of developing students’ holistic perception of the world through interdisciplinary connections is substantiated, as well as the importance of fostering 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and digital literacy. The study emphasizes the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) and digital tools, including graphic design, digital painting software, and multimedia resources, in increasing students’ motivation and enhancing their creative potential. The synthesis of traditional and digital forms of art education is highlighted as particularly significant. The proposed methodology aims to develop students’ artistic and aesthetic perception, their ability to interpret artistic and literary images in visual form, and to unlock their inner creative potential. The results show that an integrative approach contributes to deeper learning outcomes and the formation of sustainable artistic skills.
