Высшее образование, культурный обмен, дипломатия в гуманитарном секторе между Россией и Францией за последнее десятилетие
Статья посвящена изучению особенностей развития отношений в гуманитарном секторе между Россией и Францией за последнее десятилетие в области высшего образования, культурного обмена, дипломатии. Автором обозначена актуальность и практическая значимость темы исследования. Отмечены ключевые межправительственные соглашения, имеющие ретроспективную значимость в развитии сотрудничества государств в рассматриваемых сферах. Основные тенденции и перспективы развития, эволюция взаимодействия стран.

RECENT DEVELOPMENT OF RELATIONS IN THE HUMANITARIAN SPHERE BETWEEN RUSSIA AND FRANCE OVER A DECADE: HIGHER EDUCATION, CULTURAL EXCHANGE, DIPLOMACY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the development of relations in the humanitarian sphere between Russia and France in the last decade in the field of higher education, cultural exchange and diplomacy. The author indicates the relevance and practicality of the research topic. Key intergovernmental agreements and retrospective innovation in the development of cooperation between states in the states under consideration are noted. The evolution of this situation is shown. The main trends and prospects for the development of interaction between countries in the area under consideration are outlined.
