Творческие обучающие конкурсы как путь самовыражения и саморазвития личности в дополнительном образовании
Рассматривается опыт сетевого взаимодействия «Техникумы — Школы — НКО» в проведении творческих образовательных конкурсов с целью создания условий для самовыражения и саморазвития личности учащихся и воспитания осознанного отношения к сохранению окружающей среды в рамках проекта «Бумажки — я вижу мир!», а также опыт учёта личных внеобразовательных интересов учащихся для формирования тематик конкурсов.

Abstract. The article considers the experience of network interaction between Technical Schools-NPOs in conducting creative educational competitions in order to create conditions for self-expression and self–development of students’ personality and education of a conscious attitude to environmental conservation within the framework of the project “Papers — I see the world!”, as well as the experience of taking into account personal non-educational interests of students to form the topics of competitions.
