Готовность учреждения дополнительного образования к новым вызовам времени: воспитание «саморазвивающихся» учащихся
В статье приведён ряд актуальных для дополнительного образования документов государственного стратегического планирования и современных ориентиров подготовки будущих профессионалов, опираясь на которые выстраивается новая модель образования в учреждении дополнительного образования детей. Проведён анализ положительных тенденций и необходимых изменений, запланированы основные мероприятия для воплощения модели образования, соответствующей вызовам времени. Определены качества личности «саморазвивающегося» обучающегося, необходимые условия для его воспитания. Проанализирована готовность учреждения к новым вызовам времени.

Abstract. This article presents a number of documents of state strategical planning relevant to extracurricular education of as well as modern benchmarks of preparation of future specialists, which serve as a foundation for new models of education in institutes of extracurricular education of children. In addition, this article presents an analysis of positive tendencies and necessary changes, a plan for the main events putting the model of education into motion, a model that answers the challenges presented by our time. Furthermore, a definition is provided for what qualities of personality are for a «self-developing» student, as well as the necessary conditions for their upbringing. Finally, the article gives an analysis of preparedness of our institution in facing the challenges of modern time.
