Engineering Start: Developing Key Competencies in Students

Abstract: The article presents the experience of developing technical creativity within the system of additional education in the Barabinsky District of the Novosibirsk Region. The key mechanisms for developing engineering competencies in schoolchildren are described: modernization of the material and technical base, launch of specialized programs (unmanned systems, 3D modeling, programming), implementation of the “Mobile Teacher” project, and development of network interaction with enterprises in the real sector of the economy.
