From Agricultural School To Agricultural University

Abstract: The article presents the experience of the Project Office of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University as a coordinating and scientific and methodological center for the development of continuous agrotechnological education in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The relevance of the research is determined by the need to form a stable educational trajectory of students in the context of territorial fragmentation and personnel challenges in the region. The prerequisites for the creation of a Project Office, its key areas of activity, as well as forms of interaction with agricultural schools, agrotechnological classes and municipal education systems are revealed. It is shown that systematic scientific and methodological support ensures the transition from disparate career guidance activities to a sustainable model of «agricultural school — agrotechnical class — agro university». The importance of this model as a mechanism for early professional self-determination of students and the formation of human resources in the agro-industrial complex of the region is substantiated.
