Features of Teacher Career Management. International Experience

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of teacher career management, the relevance of which is caused by the need to develop and implement effective approaches to professional development of teachers in the conditions of formation of national systems of teacher growth. Based on the analysis of modern international models of career management for teachers in the leading countries in terms of education quality, the key characteristics of such models have been identified and described.
