Abstract: The authors of the article propose a method for achieving the goals and solving the problems of the Concept for the Development of Mathematical Education in the Russian Federation, which is currently being implemented in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, based on the presumption of the teacher’s and student’s good faith. The article also addresses the problematic issues of the need to restore the methodological service, taking into account the changes in legislation and the growing socio-economic challenges.
