Elistratova, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Pedagogical Measurements of the K. D. Ushinsky St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, St. Petersburg, xenos88@mail.ru Abstract: The article discusses the cross-multidimensional educational process as an innovative model of organizing educational activities in a modern school. The mechanisms for optimizing resources, such as time, personnel, infrastructure, information and methodological resources, and finances, are revealed. Practical tools for implementing the approach, such as a constructor and a technological map for a multispace lesson, are presented. The results of the model’s testing in schools in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region are presented, demonstrating positive dynamics in academic motivation, information competence, and satisfaction with the learning process. The article is addressed to the heads of educational organizations, methodologists and teachers, interested in improving the quality of education in the conditions of limited resources. Keywords: cross-multidimensional educational process, resource optimization, innovative educational effects, multi-environment lesson, cross-cutting competencies, quality of education
