Career Guidance For Schoolchildren In Conditions Of Uncertainty

Abstract: The article discusses career guidance for schoolchildren as an element of the educational environment in conditions of uncertainty of the socio-professional future. Based on an empirical study in two regions, the factors that determine the choice of educational trajectory by high school students are identified, and the role of the school in shaping the awareness of the choice is shown. The results allow us to clarify the directions of development of career guidance work in a modern school.
