From The Gorky Colony To Modern Agroclasses. Historical Experience As The Basis For Organizing Collective Productive Labor

Abstract: The article presents the results of a historical and pedagogical study of the organization of collective agricultural labor of pupils of the Gorky children’s labor colony who mastered new technologies of agricultural production during the period of industrialization in the USSR. The thesis is substantiated that the development of technological culture of schoolchildren in the context of a new agrarian policy, the development of a system of modern farming schools and agricultural schools can be methodologically based on the widespread introduction of collective productive labor, the development of a set of means of motivation to obtain new modern professions.
