Grigorieva, post-graduate student at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology, Moscow State Pedagogical University, Moscow, GTVhmboss@yandex.ru Abstract: The article is devoted to the development and testing of educational technology for advanced training of school leaders. The technology is based on the synthesis of simulation modeling as a pedagogical method and an AI agent, which is a software system in which the language model, knowledge base and interaction scenarios are combined into a single architecture. In the course of a comparative pedagogical experiment, it was found that the use of an AI agent provides a statistically significant increase in the proportion of students who successfully completed the full course and a more pronounced positive trend in self-assessment of managerial competencies in goal setting. The results obtained confirm the fundamental possibility of using AI agents in the system of additional professional education as a tool for the implementation of a mentoring function. At the same time, it was found that the effectiveness of the technology is determined by the degree of cultural and professional relevance of the simulated personality of the target audience.
