Abstract: The article reveals the socio-educational concept of the educational mission of leadership in socio-cultural conditions. The potential of the Altai Regional Palace of Creativity of Children and Youth for the organization of modern forms of guidance is presented. The goals and objectives of the innovative project “Educational guidance” within the framework of the Russian Academy of Education are revealed. The specifics of the professional training of a counselor capable of ensuring the development of a child-adult community as an event reality are revealed. The progress of the research related to the development of the program “Counselor workshop” is presented.
