A Tactical And Strategic Approach To The Diagnosis Of Values In Adolescents

Abstract: The article discusses the application of the author’s methodology of tactical and strategic profiles of interiorization of values in the practice of a children’s health camp in the context of the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia. The theoretical basis is the concept of social construction of reality and the idea of a children’s camp as a socio-cultural envi0ronment for the interiorization of unity values. It is shown that the tactical and strategic approach makes it possible to diagnose not only the level of declarative consent of adolescents with the values of unity, historical memory and cultural diversity, but also the types of their subjective attitude to these values (acceptance, search for alternatives, non-acceptance, instrumental use, uncertainty) and the degree of activity involvement. Based on the input diagnostics of adolescents participating in the change of one of the children’s health and educational centers in the Tyumen region, the initial structure of tactical and strategic profiles is reconstructed according to the value blocks “People”, “History”, “Culture” and “Creation” and axiological uncertainty zones characterizing the modern generation of adolescents are identified. It is shown that tactical and strategic diagnostics in combination with ethnocultural programs makes it possible to design shifts as a space for the interiorization of the values of the unity of the peoples of Russia.
