Abstract: In today’s world, where professions are changing rapidly and technology is developing at a tremendous rate, the issue of career guidance is becoming more relevant. Choosing a future profession is one of the most important in every person’s life, and their future life path depends on its correctness. The article examines the experience of implementing the additional general educational development program “City of Masters” in the rural recreation camp “Severny Artek” (Magadan region), which is aimed at organizing career guidance activities in a rural recreation camp.
