Статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем отечественной образовательной политики и социально-экономического развития в целом. Автор анализирует статистические и социологические данные, характеризующие положение педагогических работников (в особенности учителей) в России, и приходит к выводу о кадровом кризисе в современной школе. На взгляд автора, проект документа «Стратегия развития образования в Российской Федерации до 2036 года» не обеспечивает преодоления кадрового кризиса в образовании, а, следовательно, и необходимых условий реализации положений указов Президента РФ, требующих обеспечения темпов экономического развития страны выше среднемировых. Статья имеет ярко выраженный полемический характер.

Teacher Status: Immediate Prospects

Abstract: The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of the national educational policy and socio-economic development in general. The author analyzes statistical and sociological data characterizing the situation of teaching staff (especially teachers) in Russia, and comes to the conclusion about the personnel crisis in modern schools. In the author’s opinion, the draft document “Strategy for the development of education in the Russian Federation until 2036” does not provide a solution to the personnel crisis in education, and, consequently, the necessary conditions for the implementation of the provisions of the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, requiring the country’s economic development above the global average. The article has a pronounced polemical character.
