Статья посвящена рассмотрению проблемы приобщения учащихся школ к пониманию вопросов, связанных с интеллектуальной собственностью, авторским правом. Описывается опыт реализации крупного долговременного международного проекта «Школьный патент», целью которого является развитие культуры детского и юношеского изобретательства, умения защитить свою интеллектуальную собственность, довести идею до её реального воплощения. Представлен опыт работы в этом проекте конкретного общеобразовательного учреждения. Анализируются достижения и трудности, с которыми сталкиваются исполнители. Делается вывод о значимости общей благополучной атмосферы школы для возникновения условий, способствующих творческому развитию участников образовательного процесса. Подводится итог, в котором подчеркивается роль школьного образования в построении будущего страны.

The School Patent Is A Project Aimed At The Future

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of introducing school students to the understanding of issues related to intellectual property and copyright. The article describes the experience of implementing a large long-term international project “School Patent”, the purpose of which is to develop a culture of children’s and youth invention, the ability to protect their intellectual property, and bring an idea to its real realization. The experience of working in this project of a specific educational institution is presented. The achievements and difficulties faced by the performers are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the importance of the overall prosperous school atmosphere for the creation of conditions conducive to the creative development of participants in the educational process. The summary is summarized, which highlights the role of school education in building the country’s future.
