Этика дизайна. Тёмные паттерны как вызов цифровому суверенитету пользователя
В современной цифровой экономике, где внимание пользователя является ключевым ресурсом, широкое распространение получили методы неэтичного проектирования интерфейсов, известные как «темные паттерны» (dark patterns). Cтатья посвящена анализу этого феномена: причины возникновения темных паттернов, способы их реализации и нарушаемые ими этические нормы. На основе проведенного анализа приведены рекомендации по защите прав и автономии пользователей. В результате исследования установлено, что темные паттерны являются следствием экономических, организационных и когнитивных причин, намеренно эксплуатирующих психологические уязвимости пользователей и грубо нарушающих ключевые этические принципы. Делается вывод о необходимости комплексного подхода к регулированию, включающего законодательные инициативы, отраслевые стандарты и повышение цифровой грамотности населения.

Ethics Of Design. Dark patterns as a challenge to the digital sovereignty of the user

Abstract: In today’s digital economy, where user attention is a key resource, unethical interface design techniques known as dark patterns have become widespread. The article is devoted to the analysis of this phenomenon: the causes of dark patterns, ways of their implementation and the ethical norms violated by them. Based on the analysis, recommendations are provided for protecting the rights and autonomy of users. As a result of the study, it was found that dark patterns are the result of economic, organizational and cognitive reasons that intentionally exploit the psychological vulnerabilities of users and grossly violate key ethical principles. The conclusion is drawn about the need for an integrated approach to regulation, including legislative initiatives, industry standards and improving the digital literacy of the population.
