В статье раскрываются требования к профессии вожатого в разные исторические периоды. Цель статьи: раскрыть основную миссию, специфику функций профессии вожатого на разных этапах ее существования. На основе изучения архивных материалов РГАСПИ, периодической печати (журнал «Вожатый», сборники материалов ЦС ВПО), статей Н. К. Крупской автором отмечается, что в XX веке появились не просто вожаки общественных объединений, а педагоги «нового типа», ориентированные на конкретные социальные ценности в обществе и воспитание подрастающего поколения. Обращение к трудам ученых Российской академии образования, практических работников СПО-ФДО, членов Ассоциации исследователей детского движения позволяет сделать вывод о том, что в России всегда существовал круг исследователей, сферой интересов которых была личность вожатого. Накопленные знания позволяют заключить, что основная миссия вожатого, которая была заложена в 20-е годы XX века учеными и практиками, остается неизменной и поныне: личной убежденностью, гражданской позицией воспитывать у подростков «вкус к социальной активности», нести общечеловеческие ценности в детскую среду. Несмотря на дифференциацию и усложнение функций взрослых, работающих с детскими объединениями, профессия вожатого остается востребованной и актуальной.

Counselor: Time And Values

Abstract: The article reveals the requirements for the profession of a counselor in different historical periods. The purpose of the article is to reveal the main mission, the specifics of the functions of the counselor’s profession at different stages of its existence. Based on the study of archival materials of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, periodicals (the magazine “Counselor”, collections of materials of the Central Committee of Higher Education), articles by N. K. Krupskaya, the author notes that in the 20th century there appeared not just leaders of public associations, but teachers of a “new type” focused on specific social values in society and the upbringing of the younger generation. An appeal to the works of scientists of the Russian Academy of Education, practitioners of the SPO-FDO, members of the Association of Researchers of the Children’s Movement allows us to conclude that in Russia there has always been a circle of researchers whose sphere of interest was the personality of the counselor. The accumulated knowledge allows us to conclude that the main mission of the counselor, which was laid down in the 20s of the XX century by scientists and practitioners, remains unchanged to this day: to cultivate a “taste for social activity” in adolescents, to bring universal values into the children’s environment. Despite the differentiation and complexity of the functions of adults working with children’s associations, the profession of a counselor remains in demand and relevant.
