В статье исследуется проблема повышения коммуникационной интеграции детского движения как фактора развития социальных коммуникаций подрастающего поколения в современном обществе. Рассматривается роль детского движения в формировании коммуникативных навыков, социальной активности и гражданской позиции детей и подростков, особенно в контексте государственной молодежной политики. Проводится теоретико-методологический анализ с использованием социокультурного, деятельностного и коммуникативного подходов. Подчеркивается потенциал детского движения в развитии ключевых компетенций, формировании социальной активности и гражданской позиции подрастающего поколения. Особое внимание уделяется опыту сотрудничества Союза пионерских организаций — Федерации детских организаций (СПО ФДО) и факультета Социальной коммуникации Московского государственного психолого-педагогического университета (МГППУ) как эффективной модели интеграции академической экспертизы и практической деятельности. Предлагаются меры по оптимизации функционирования детского движения, включая совершенствование кадрового обеспечения, повышение престижа профессий педагогического работника и вожатого, использование современных коммуникационных технологий и разработку инновационных форм работы.

Increasing The Communication Integration Of The Children’s Movement

Abstract: The article examines the problem of increasing the communication integration of the children’s movement as a factor in the development of social communications of the younger generation in modern society. The article considers the role of the children’s movement in the formation of communication skills, social activity and citizenship of children and adolescents, especially in the context of state youth policy. A theoretical and methodological analysis is carried out using socio-cultural, activity-based and communicative approaches. The potential of the children’s movement in the development of key competencies, the formation of social activity and citizenship of the younger generation is emphasized. Special attention is paid to the experience of cooperation between the Union of Pioneer Organizations — the Federation of Children’s Organizations (PDF FDO) and the Faculty of Social Communication of the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University (MGPPU) as an effective model for integrating academic expertise and practical activities. Measures are proposed to optimize the functioning of the children’s movement, including improving staffing, increasing the prestige of the professions of a teacher and counselor, using modern communication technologies and developing innovative forms of work.
