Наставничество как эффективная форма организации образовательной среды творческой профильной смены
Статья посвящена вопросам современного наставничества в условиях творческой профильной смены. Рассмотрено содержание понятия «наставничество», а также функции и роль наставника в образовательном процессе профильной смены в детском оздоровительном лагере. Наставничество как форма организации поддерживающей и развивающей образовательной среды творческой профильной смены представлено в триаде «ребёнок — студент — преподаватель вуза». Проанализированы результаты опроса участников творческих профильных смен о наставничестве, выявлены положительные эффекты наставничества для личностного и творческого развития одаренного ребенка и студента. Материал статьи адресован педагогам, вожатым и родителям, заинтересованным во всестороннем развитии детей через участие в профильных сменах творческой направленности.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of modern mentoring in the context of a creative profile shift. The content of the concept of “mentoring” is considered, as well as the functions and role of a mentor in the educational process of a profile shift in a children’s health camp. Mentoring as a form of organizing a supportive and developing educational environment for a creative profile shift is presented in the triad “child — student — university teacher”. The results of a survey of participants in creative profile shifts about mentoring are analyzed, and the positive effects of mentoring on the personal and creative development of a gifted child and student are revealed. The material of the article is addressed to teachers, counselors and parents interested in the comprehensive development of children through participation in specialized shifts of creative orientation.
