Abstract: The review of the historical events of the formation and development of the Pioneer’s successor, the International Union of Children’s Public Associations (SPO—FDO), over 35 years of activity, presents the contribution of the child-adult community to the process of socialization of a child’s personality: methods and techniques; systematization, generalization, analysis, synthesis of the implementation of a variable-program approach in the activities of children’s public organizations in the domestic and at the international level in the period 1990–2025.
