Лагерь как социальная лаборатория: наставничество и цифровой детокс для ребёнка
Как обеспечить ребенку в оздоровительном лагере не только досуг, но и полезные, развивающие условия? В статье рассматривается потенциал лагеря для раскрытия талантов, формирования новых интересов и цифрового детокса для ребенка в рамках летней смены. Уделено внимание анализу системы наставничества в детском лагере и тем возможностям, которые оно приносит для развития личности ребенка. Лагерь рассмотрен как уникальная, многогранная социальная лаборатория, способная играть значимую роль в развитии ребенка и работать как площадка уникального опыта, социальных проб и помощи родителям в процессе воспитания детей. Важно, что теоретические размышления авторов подтверждены мнениями руководителей российских детских центров и оздоровительных лагерей Новосибирской области, г. Перми и г. Санкт-Петербурга.

Camp As A Social Laboratory: Mentoring And Digital Detox For A Child

Abstract: How to provide a child in a health camp not only with leisure, but also with useful, developing conditions? The article examines the potential of the camp for discovering talents, forming new interests and digital detox for a child during the summer shift. Attention is paid to the analysis of the mentoring system in the children’s camp and the opportunities it brings for the development of the child’s personality. The camp is considered as a unique, multifaceted social laboratory capable of playing a significant role in the development of a child and working as a platform for unique experiences, social trials and assistance to parents in the process of raising children. It is important that the theoretical reflections of the authors are confirmed by the opinions of the heads of Russian children’s centers and health camps in the Novosibirsk region, Perm and St. Petersburg.
