Инициативное бюджетирование как ресурс развития детского движения
Статья посвящена проблеме формирования созидательной жизненной позиции детей и подростков — участников детских общественных организаций и движений. Для выхода на общероссийский уровень в качестве инициатора и организатора события, подростку необходимо обрести такой опыт в меньшем масштабе, в зоне его ближайшего развития. Наиболее комплиментарным такой задаче вектором действия представляется распространение практик инициативного бюджетирования (технология ШкИБ) среди детских общественных организаций и объединений. Опыт реализации технологии впервые представлен в деятельности Федерации детских организаций Самарской области в 2024–2025 учебном году.

Proactive Budgeting As A Resource For The Development Of The Children’s Movement

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of forming a creative life position of children and adolescents participating in children’s public organizations and movements. To reach the national level as an initiator and organizer of an event, a teenager needs to gain such an experience on a smaller scale, in the area of his immediate development. The most complementary vector of action for such a task seems to be the dissemination of proactive budgeting practices (SHKIB technology) among children’s public organizations and associations. The experience of implementing the technology was first presented in the activities of the Federation of Children’s Organizations of the Samara Region in the 2024–2025 academic year.
