Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the experience and organization of career guidance at Moscow Pedagogical State University, in particular, the preparation of students in grades 10–11 for participation in the All-Russian pedagogical project and the Olympiad “Pedagogical Future of Russia”. This form of work effectively solves the tasks of career guidance, provides an opportunity for students to get acquainted with the diversity and peculiarities of teaching professions, and immerse themselves in practical creative teaching activities.
