Abstract: The article discusses the problems of implementing the reform of the education system and trends in the development of modern education, which manifested themselves during the Olympiad of the Moscow State University “Pedagogical Future of Russia”. The author offers his vision of the results of the Olympiad based on analysis and comparison with these trends.
