The Legacy Of A. S. Makarenko And V. A. Sukhomlinsky In The History Of The Family And The Region

Abstract: From October 28 to October 29, 2025, the School of the future village of Bolshoe Isakovo hosted a traditional conference — «Sukhomlinsky Readings», dedicated to the creative legacy of the outstanding teacher Vasily Alexandrovich Sukhomlinsky. The participants paid tribute to V. A. Sukhomlinsky at a memorial plaque installed last year on the street of the same name. The main idea of the readings was the teacher’s thought: «The joy of work is a powerful educational force.» Svetlana Truseneva, Minister of Education of the Kaliningrad Region, noted that the successes of the regional education system are based on eternal values, no development is possible without work, kindness saves the world, and love for children is a feeling that helps us preserve and multiply achievements. Narodnoe Obrazovanie is a long-time good partner of Sukhomlinsky Readings. V. A. Sukhomlinsky was a regular contributor to the magazine, and the topic of labor remains the leading one on its pages. The principles of labor education form the basis of successful pedagogical activity in the 21st century and in the future.
