Demographic Problems In The Aspect Of The Management Crisis

Abstract: The article discusses the problem of demographic crisis management in the Russian Federation. It is shown that there are significant shortcomings in the management structure related to the lack of understanding of the current society, which is due to the lack of a clear anthropological model of modern man. It is argued that the dominant anthropology, based on a mixture of atheistic and Protestant-Calvinist teachings, is unable to provide adequate solutions to the problem of demography. The answer to the existing challenges and threats is the transition to a traditional anthropological model based on a Christian approach.
