Статья посвящена вопросам поиска эффективных путей организации воспитательной деятельности в учреждении дополнительного образования в современных условиях. Представлен опыт проектирования, реализации и оценки результатов воспитательных практик как востребованного временем формата осуществления ценностно-ориентированного подхода в воспитании.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of finding effective ways to organize educational activities in an institution of additional education in modern conditions. The experience of designing, implementing and evaluating the results of educational practices as a time-demanded format for implementing a value-based approach to education is presented.
