Статья посвящена обоснованию необходимости создания новой образовательной модели, способной воспитать конструктивных пассионариев — людей с высокой мотивацией к социальным изменениям, ответственности и инновациям. Подчеркивается кризис современной системы образования, которая фокусируется на стандартизации, академизме и внешней мотивации, что часто не способствует развитию самостоятельности, способностей к творчеству, формированию проектной компетентности и лидерских качеств. Описываются существующие вызовы, стоящие перед Россией, обосновывается важность появления конструктивных пассионариев, способных решить эти проблемы, опираясь на историю меценатства в России, убедительно демонстрируется невозможность воспитания таких людей в существующей системе образования, показываются основные условия создания образовательной организации принципиально нового типа, позволяющей на системном уровне обеспечить появление сообщества инициативных и ответственных людей.

Abstract: The article is devoted to substantiating the need to create a new educational model capable of educating constructive passionaries — people with high motivation for social change, responsibility and innovation. The author highlights the crisis of the modern education system, which focuses on standardization, academicism and external motivation, which often does not contribute to the development of independence, creative abilities, the formation of project competence and leadership qualities. The article describes the existing challenges facing Russia, substantiates the importance of the emergence of constructive passionaries who can solve these problems based on the history of patronage in Russia, convincingly demonstrates the impossibility of educating such people in the existing education system, shows the basic conditions for creating an educational organization of a fundamentally new type, allowing at the systemic level to ensure the emergence of a community of initiative and responsible people.
