Is Age Discrimination Of Teachers Useful To Russia: An Anthropological View

Abstract: The article substantiates the rejection of discrimination of teachers on the basis of age as a condition for the positive demographic development of the country when considering the family model “parents — children — older generation — grandchildren” as a factor of effective project activity of young people, their motivation for professional growth based on examples of decent attitude of society to honored teachers.
