About The Formation Of Dignity And Self-Esteem Of A Teacher

Abstract: Unfortunately, it has to be stated that such concepts as dignity and self-respect of a teacher have somehow imperceptibly disappeared from the space of Russian education. This is very strange, since the quality of the teacher’s interpersonal relations with students depends on them, which, in turn, affects the quality of education and upbringing. This article will discuss what constitutes a teacher’s dignity and self-esteem, how they are formed, how to demonstrate and preserve them.
