Tsarkov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, teacher of Physics and astronomy, Deputy Director for Scientific and methodological work of the MOE “Secondary School No. 29”, Podolsk Abstract: The title of the article reflects 20 years of pedagogical research and experiments in order to develop a fundamentally new approach to the study of subjects of the natural science cycle, based on independent research of students based on modern digital equipment, which should improve the quality of education and eliminate the serious educational gap existing between secondary and higher schools. This is how the global task of reforming school physical education was formulated by a group of outstanding methodologists under the leadership of Academician Vasily Grigoryevich Razumovsky.
