Abstract: The authors of the article analyze the main ideas and principles proposed by A. S. Makarenko, such as collectivism, personal responsibility and active participation of students in the learning process, as well as their application in conditions of diversity of cultures and ethnic groups. In the context of globalization and migration, educational institutions face the need to adapt educational processes to the needs of students from different cultural and ethnic groups. It is emphasized that the methods of A. S. Makarenko can help create an inclusive learning environment where the individual characteristics of each student are respected, as well as strengthen social ties between participants in the educational process. The conclusion is made about the need for reflection and adaptation of A. S. Makarenko’s approaches to modern realities, taking into account the new challenges facing the educational system.
