From The Makarenkov Forum To The “Director At The Height”. Agroclass As A Strategic Investment In The Future Of Russia

Abstract: The article examines the experience of the school’s director in the development of agricultural education through the Agroclass project, which resulted from participation in the XXIII International Makarenkov Forum and the educational program «Director at Height». The article substantiates the importance of personnel training for the agro-industrial complex, the formation of a value attitude towards work and native land, as well as improving the managerial competence of the school principal for the successful implementation of strategic objectives in the field of education.
