Abstract: The development of the education system of the Russian Federation has a significant impact on the renewal of educational organizations in rural areas and the emergence of phenomena in the field of pedagogy that require scientific understanding. The article outlines changes in the infrastructure of schools and suggests the creation of a new scientific platform on the basis of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen.
