A Look Into The Past, Present And Future Of “Orlyonok”

Abstract: This year marks the 65th anniversary of the All-Russian Children’s Center “Orlyonok”, one of the largest educational institutions in Russia. Several generations of Russian children over the years of the “Orlyonok” have become participants in its educational programs. The first graduates are already grandparents, the middle generation is actively working, the children of the 21st century are educated in schools, study at universities and colleges, work in production, develop their own business. According to the most conservative estimates, over 65 years, more than a million people have passed through the Orlyonka school.
