Vladimir Zverev: Meeting With A Legend

Abstract: Everyone who is related to the Historical Faculty of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University knows Vladimir Alexandrovich Zverev well, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Department of National and Universal History, and concurrently Chief Researcher at the Historical and Demographic Research Department of the Institute of History of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. But few people know that Vladimir Alexandrovich worked as a counselor at the Artek All-Union Pioneer Camp in the summer of 1968–1988 and is familiar with the counselor’s profession firsthand. As the song says: “Artek man today is Artek man always”!
