VDC “Ocean”: “Ocean” Practice Of Educational Events For The Professional Development Of Teachers

Abstract: An educational event is a unique, significant situation for a person, which provides an emotionally meaningful opportunity to change stereotypes of personal and professional behavior, realize one’s own subjectivity, and develop relevant competencies through inclusion in inter-event relationships with the pedagogical community. The article describes various models of educational events that contribute to the continuous personal and professional development of teachers in the field of additional education and children’s recreation.
