Abstract: The article continues the line of generalizations and research by the authors, initiated by the publications “The pedagogical unit as a social organism (metaphorical representation of the concept)” (2015), “Organizers of children’s summer holidays as characters in a market play” (2016). The article is a slightly revised text of the chapter of the textbook “Technology and methods of working as a camp counselor”, prepared within the framework of the Encyclopedia of Summer and Adventures project (supported by the Presidential Grants Fund in 2023, project No. 23-1-013649).
