Профессиональная позиция педагога-воспитателя как руководителя детского коллектива
В статье рассматривается профессиональная позиция педагога, являющегося руководителем детского сообщества (детского общественного объединения, органа ученического самоуправления, отряда, клуба и т. п.), а также признаки и характеристики, повышающие воспитательную результативность его деятельности.

Abstract: The article examines the professional position of a teacher who is the head of a children’s community (a children’s public association, a student self-government body, a squad, a club, etc.), as well as signs and characteristics that increase the educational effectiveness of his activities.
