Features Of Creating An Effective Educational Environment In A Children’s Country Camp

Abstract: The article summarizes the features of the educational environment of a children’s country camp, and also examines its developmental and educational potential. The main conditions for the effectiveness of educational work are revealed, among which the training of teachers at the school of leadership skills, psychological and pedagogical support for children and teachers, ensuring children’s self-government, creating an atmosphere of co-existence in a child-adult team, and the orientation of activities towards the development of soft and self-competencies are mandatory.
