Children And Sports: Reforms And Risks

Abstract: The National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation (approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 07/02/2021 No. 400) calls the national interests and strategic priority of saving the people of Russia. The achievement of the goals of state policy in this area is ensured, among other things, “by increasing the motivation of citizens to lead a healthy lifestyle, engage in physical culture and sports” (sub-item 7, paragraph 33).
