Соответствие объёмов подготовки педагогических работников потребностям региональных систем образования России. Проблема обеспеченности педагогическими кадрами образовательных организаций.

В статье представлены результаты исследований о соответствии объемов подготовки педагогических работников потребностям региональных систем образования России. Авторы приходят к выводу, что проблема обеспеченности педагогическими кадрами образовательных организаций заключается не столько в объемах их подготовки, сколько в удержании специалистов в школах, колледжах, техникумах.

On The Issues Of Training And Provision Of Pedagogical Personnel In The Regions Of Russia

Abstract: The article presents the results of research on the compliance of the training volumes of teaching staff with the needs of regional education systems in Russia. The authors come to the conclusion that the problem of the provision of pedagogical personnel of educational organizations is not so much in the volume of their training, as in the retention of specialists in schools, colleges, technical schools.
