Опыт разработки и реализации региональной модели Федеральной инновационной площадки (ФИП) «Дидактический регулятив». Структура и содержание организационных, методических и технологических компонентов модели. Примеры учебно-методических разработок учителей при реализации проектов ФИП.

Трансформация педагогического образования и педагогических университетов осуществляется в соответствии с задачами Национального проекта «Образование» и проекта «Федеральная инновационная площадка» (далее — ФИП). Региональный вариант модели ФИП разработан исходя из нормативных установок операторов проекта — Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации и Министерства просвещения Российской Федерации, а также с учётом научных ресурсов педагогического университета. Структура и содержание организационных, методических и технологических компонентов модели ФИП представлены в обучающей программе для ЭВМ «Проектно-исследовательская студии ФИП БГПУ “Дидактический регулятив”». Инновационные проекты системно-технологического и предметно-ориентированного типов выполняются в базовых школах — площадках ФИП БГПУ.

Abstract: The transformation of pedagogical education and pedagogical universities is carried out in accordance with the objectives of the National Project “Educatio” and the project “Federal Innovation Platform”. The regional version of the FIP model was developed based on the regulatory guidelines of the project operators — the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, as well as taking into account the scientific resources of the pedagogical University. The structure and content of organizational, methodological and technological components of the FIP model are presented in the computer training program Design and Research Studio FIP BSPU “Didactic regulatory”. Innovative projects of system-technological and subject-oriented types are carried out in the basic schools — sites of the FIP BSPU.
