Àbstract: The article describes and analyzes the scientific achievements presented by the author over the past 10 years and practical pedagogical results in the field of innovative approaches to the organization of the educational and production workshop "Abyy agricultural School" in the Arctic. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that it is based on many years of experiment and the results of real experience.
