Abstract: The article considers the School Development Program as a strategic planning tool; based on teachers' ideas, images of the present and desired future of the school, their content characteristics are proposed; theses of the Development Program projects are formulated: “Cozy school”, “Educational environment for everyone: improving the quality of education”, “The best personnel. The best students”, “The image of the school”.
