Assessment As A Functional Subsystem Of The Educational System

Abstract: The authors make an attempt to fill the gap in theoretical pedagogy in terms of developing a systematical theory of assessment. On the basis of the theory of functional systems of P. K. Anokhin, the theory of pedagogical systems of N. V. Kuzmina, didactic ideas of V. V. Guzeev the principles of the theory of assessment as a functional pedagogical subsystem of the educational system are developed. A number of new concepts and terms that enrich the didactics are introduced.
